Job Description:

The company has an expansion plan to reach Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand in near future. The company wishes to appoint channel partner managers to manage relationships with its franchisees across the state and beyond. As channel partner manager, the candidate has to drive sales and revenue of the franchisee by building effective relationship with them and providing marketing support and managing performance.

The channel partner manager will be responsible for recruiting franchisees onboarding them training them to run the franchisee business and providing training and support for achieving key company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Identify and recruit new franchisees.
  • Onboard new franchisees effectively, providing necessary resources and training.

Franchise Training and Enablement:

  • Provide training and support to franchisees on WellNex products, services, and sales processes.
  • Ensure franchisees are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Franchise Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchisees.
  • Act as a SPOC ( Single Point of Contact) for franchisees. 
  • Understand franchisee needs and goals. 
  • Resolve partner issues and concerns promptly.

Channel Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new franchising opportunities. 
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance to identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Track and report on franchise performance. 
  • Provide feedback to franchisees on their performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Set and manage sales targets for partners. 

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with Franchisees. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless execution of franchisee strategies. 
  • Communicate effectively with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through the channel. 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze channel performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

The Candidate

The candidate must be a graduate and have previous experience in managing channel partners and franchisees. Candidates with experience in diagnostic and pharmacy retailing will be an added advantage.

The candidate must be well conversant with computer applications and use of MS Office tools for the role. Candidates with FMCG background, working in hospital chains and insurance business are welcome to apply.

Job Location: Bhubaneswar with a travel covering all the districts of Odisha

Salary: will commensurate with experience and based on industry standards.

  • Ensure proper handling and packaging of specimens to prevent damage or contamination.

Patient Interaction:

  • Interact with patients, explaining the sample collection process and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during the sample collection process.

Transportation:

  • Transport collected samples to the laboratory, following established protocols and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample collection and transportation.

Quality Control:

  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected samples.

Record Keeping:

Experience:

Should have a motor vehicle driving license along with a vehicle for use to collect the sample.
